The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Estimated shipping times

North America: 3-5 business days

We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on design requirements and work flow.

We do not ship international.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on Non Customized pieces. 

Contact me within 7 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery, buyer pays return shipping unless otherwise noted. 

 

We don't accept cancellations

But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
